About the title
Japan's Minister of Defense arrives in France. The purpose of his visit is to familiarize himself with French counter-terrorism experience and to sign the "contract of the century" on mutual cooperation. Unexpectedly, during a demonstration exercise by the French police, the minister is kidnapped by yakuza wishing to sabotage the crucial contract. Daniel and Émilien set off to find the important guest. The taxi we already know well comes into play.
