About the title
High, high up, where the Earth ends and space begins, an "important man from Moscow" is on his way to a mountain village in the Caucasus — to inspect the regional internet. Meanwhile, young and talented Tofik is watching, smitten, a popular twerk dancer online. Learning the inspector is on his way, Tofik tears down the satellite dish so no one suspects his secret passion, which goes against local custom. While the locals scramble to fix the internet and preserve the republic's image, Tofik heads off after the woman of his heart to another "serious village" — Moscow. And finds far more than he expected. This is where the story of mountain twerk, new opportunities, and steadfast love begins.
