About the title
Every year, for one month, five friends take part in a mercilessly elaborate version of tag. They've been playing it since the first grade, risking their own necks, jobs, and relationships to beat their opponent with a triumphant shout of "Tag, you're it!" This year the game of tag falls on the wedding of the only player who has never been tagged, which should make him an easy target. But he knows they're coming, and he's ready.
