About the title
The year 2057. The sun is dying, and humanity faces the prospect of extinction. Earth's last hope is tied to Icarus II — a spaceship whose crew consists of eight men and women led by Captain Kaneda. Their mission is to deliver a nuclear charge meant to reignite the fading sun.
