About the title
The dog Reggie adored his alcoholic owner, even though the man kept trying to get rid of him. One such attempt finally succeeds, and the little dog gets lost — but ends up meeting a gang of stray dogs who explain to the naive optimist just how cruelly his owner treated him. Now Reggie has a new goal: to return home and bite off the nasty man's manhood.
