About the series
The main characters are brave firefighters from Seattle who risk their lives on the job and hold nothing back off duty. The work of the Seattle fire department is dangerous and difficult, but also so honorable that dozens of recruits dream of earning the right to wear fire-resistant gear, ride in powerful red trucks, and slide down the pole when the alarm sounds. One such newcomer is former surgeon Ben Warren (Jason Winston George).
