About the title
Steven is quite content with life, as he has a successful business and things are going well in his relationship too. Owning a small gas station, which is also the only store in the area, Steven has a stable income and doesn't have to worry about tomorrow. But one day, a dark streak begins in the man's life: he learns, quite by chance, that he was framed and now faces a lengthy prison sentence. However, there is a way to avoid prison — by agreeing to experimental therapy, since it appears the man has dissociative identity disorder. After a brief course of treatment, Steven is told that he is now nearly cured. But Steven himself feels that he must escape this institution as soon as possible, where reality and nightmares blend into one, penetrating deeper into his mind with each passing day.
