About the title
A 12-year-old Moscow schoolboy named Volka, while swimming in the Moskva River, finds an ancient sealed vessel. His boyish curiosity is so strong that at the first opportunity he opens it, and out of the vessel appears a fairy-tale genie — Hassan Abdurrahman ibn Hottab.
