About the title
Super spy Lance Sterling is the best at what he does. He can infiltrate any facility, defeat any villain, and charm any woman. In his dangerous profession, he's helped by various gadgets built for him by Walter. But the human form isn't the most ideal choice for espionage, so the loyal inventor comes up with a solution and turns Lance into a pigeon. After all, no one notices these city birds, which means they can spy on anyone. Except this turn of events doesn't suit Lance at all.
