About the series
Based on the novel of the same name by Anna and Sergei Litvinov. A man approaches a well-known private detective, asking him to find his missing lover, Alena, and immediately hands over an extremely generous advance. At first glance, the detective finds nothing remarkable about Alena's life — there seems to be nothing to go on. But as the investigation proceeds, new victims begin to appear, and the case takes a completely different turn. What was quiet, unassuming Alena hiding, if her disappearance led to such strange and terrible events?
