About the title
Gentle and sensitive Alex starts college and takes his first steps into adult life. College turns out to be harder than he expected — he misses his mom and sister back home in Texas and can't seem to get used to his new surroundings. His roommate Sam seems irresponsible and drinks too much, and Alex even considers transferring to a university closer to home. Everything suddenly changes when, at a loud party, Alex meets a charming girl named Maggie. They spend an amazing night together, full of conversation, jokes, and confessions. Maggie gives Alex advice on how to adjust to college life faster, and things start looking up for him. But he begins to develop real feelings for his new friend, while she no longer seems interested in him...
