About the title
Seoul, August 1988. The country is preparing for the Summer Olympics, and an ambitious prosecutor approaches a team of daredevil racers caught in petty crime. In exchange for their freedom and visas to America, he offers them a deal: help him take down influential corrupt officials laundering huge sums of money — which means winning a competition for a job as cash-transport drivers.
