About the title
The territory of former Indochina, the 1960s. Nazi war criminal Steiner, who managed to escape justice after World War II, has settled in comfortably in this secluded corner of the world. He owns an entire penal colony where no laws apply — all power rests in his hands. With the arrival of a fugitive IRA fighter, whose hand-to-hand combat skills are excellent, Steiner sees an opportunity to make money: betting on fights is quite a profitable business. But the Irishman has his own plans for this "concentration camp."
