About the title
Sasha has three problems: a girlfriend who wants a wedding that he just can't bring himself to agree to, since he's only a veterinary paramedic who cleans dogs' ears; his parents, since his mom doesn't like Olya and his dad doesn't like his job, because Sasha cleans dogs' ears; and the third — Olya's mom doesn't like him, because... yes, because he cleans dogs' ears.
