About the title
"SamoIronia sudby!" ("Self-Irony of Fate!") will unite, within a single project, all the most memorable episodes from Soviet comedies, foreign TV series, and music videos. Viewers will see references to "The Irony of Fate," "Ivan Vasilievich Changes Profession," "Squid Game," "Hail, Caesar!," "Borodach," "Home Alone," "Nasha Russia," and many other popular films. The film will be a global attraction in which viewers, together with the characters, will be able to visit various universes — from a "Pea Game" based on the popular Korean series and the bathhouse where Zhenya Lukashin gathers with friends every year, to a giant vinyl record player in the forest where the band A-Studio will perform, and a house where singer Alsu will confront a burglar.
