While Kum-hwa was still in her mother's womb, a demon grew beside her. When they were born, the mother died, and the family didn't kill the misshapen creature, deciding it would die on its own. But the creature went on living; the father, unable to bear the shame, hanged himself, and now the remaining family, dragging the demon along with them, is forced to move frequently. Pastor Park exposes cults that spring up like mushrooms after rain in South Korea every year. He comes across another suspicious religious organization that, Park believes, is connected to bodies recently discovered by the police.
