About the title
Maggie Carpenter is scared to death of marriage, and every time it comes down to the wedding, she runs away right from the altar. As a result, Maggie has three failed weddings behind her. As she prepares for a fourth, journalist Ike arrives in her small town, planning to write an exposé about her. But even he proves unable to resist her charms. Will he become Maggie's next victim, or will the seasoned reporter finally manage to tie down the flighty bride?
