About the title
Hyper-protective single mother Diane Sherman raises her daughter Chloe in complete isolation, controlling her every move. Chloe is confined to a wheelchair, takes numerous pills, is homeschooled, and has no contact with peers. Naturally, Chloe grows into a naive young woman, but one day she begins to suspect that something is wrong.
