About the title
The 1990s. Mass unrest breaks out in Yemen. Islamists surround the American embassy. After it's stormed, Colonel Terry Childers is ordered to get the ambassador's family out of the building. But carrying out the plan proves far from simple. Terry is forced to open fire, but he manages to save the hostages, who end up safe and unharmed. Yet Childers himself is put on trial for killing innocent civilians. Military lawyer Hays Hodges, whom Terry once saved from death, takes on the colonel's defense. He's willing to do anything to win the case. But facts from Childers's past unexpectedly surface, and they leave the lawyer horrified.
