About the title
Somewhere in the ocean there is a secret island where sea serpents live. They splash in the waves, dive for fish, and laugh at the only one who can't swim. That's Rufus — yes, a sea serpent afraid of water! While Uncle Ludwig wraps the island in fog so people won't find them, the other serpents do nothing but tease the poor loser. But when real trouble arrives, it will be up to Rufus to save everyone! He must reach Loch Ness, survive encounters with enemies, make friends, and, most importantly, overcome his fear of water.
