About the series
Writer Greg Russo arrives at Ludlow College to mend his relationship with his daughter Katie, a professor there, and to help her get through her breakup with her husband, who left her for a graduate student. Greg also holds seminars with students about his novels and discovers that the protagonist of his books, the brutal and virile Rooster, is not only popular among the students but is also closely identified with Greg himself. Surrounded by carefree young people, the writer starts giving in to their invitations, having fun with them, and increasingly behaving like Rooster.
