About the series
One day, an eight-year-old boy named Jacob comes to his senses thousands of kilometers from home, in a rice paddy in China. He has no idea how he got there and remembers nothing at all. The only things Jacob can tell the people who found him are his name and an address in the United States. An immigration officer who arrives on the scene decides to help the poor boy get back home.
