About the title
In the days before perestroika, drug trafficking was an extraordinary crime. Police officer Ivan Danko, the terror of the underworld, sets out to stop a Georgian gangster who, using his connections in the US, is trying to hook Soviet citizens on cocaine. This guy doesn't like to joke around, and his big muscles and a gun prove just how serious he is.
