About the title
An ancient Komi-Permyak virus is brought into Perm, gradually turning its residents into zombies. A year later, the city is surrounded by the military, and scientists are trying to find a vaccine. Planes drop food supplies. But the heroes, like the rest of Perm's residents, have adapted to the new reality. They live ordinary lives: going to cafés, running businesses, making plans for the future, and trying to clear the city of zombies on their own. Everything is going smoothly, until one ordinary post-apocalyptic day, Lera gets bitten.
