About the title
If you're just a little rat, you're not supposed to dream of "castles in the sky"! Your fate is to live by the laws of the rat clan and feed on scraps! If you're just a clueless boy who, by some miracle, ends up in the kitchen of a French restaurant, your job is to stay out from underfoot and produce as little "garbage" as possible!
