About the title
A couple on the verge of divorce go on a trek through the Colombian tropics to try to save their relationship. In a remote forest, they run into bandits, and while fleeing gunfire, end up in a forest swamp. The couple finds themselves in a hopeless situation: they can't get out on their own, wild animals surround them, and armed thugs are prowling somewhere nearby. The situation gets even worse when venomous snakes begin circling around them.
