About the title
1968, Vietnam. Amid the raging war, an American reconnaissance unit codenamed "Vultures" receives a secret mission: infiltrate a remote valley lost deep in the jungle, where an entire special forces platoon has mysteriously vanished. Expecting to face enemy forces or natural hazards, the soldiers quickly realize their mission is far more dangerous than they imagined. As they push deeper into the valley, contact with the outside world is lost, and strange tracks defying logical explanation make them doubt the reality of what's happening. Whispers in the night, silhouettes gliding between the trees, and an invisible but palpable fear grip every member of the group. It soon becomes clear that an ancient, deadly force lives in this jungle. What began as a rescue operation turns into a desperate fight for survival.
