About the title
Danny Accardi is dying. He has cancer, and time is running out fast. His older sister Claire does everything she can to save her brother, but her first two plans fail. Now she has only Plan C left — the most unthinkable and desperate one. Claire breaks into a private plastic surgery clinic and, at gunpoint, forces Dr. James Ings and his nurse Rita to perform an extremely complex intestinal transplant operation.
