About the title
When the system turns a blind eye to the murder of her family, she decides to dispense justice herself: to cleanse the city of criminals and corrupt cops in order to avenge her loved ones. After all, revenge is a dish best served cold — as cold as the mint-flavored ice cream her only daughter loved so much.
