About the series
Lexi's husband is killed in what appears to be a random street attack, but the attack was actually planned. The widow discovers that the deceased had been doing business with very dangerous people, including mob boss Cal Morris. Lexi is torn between two fronts: Cal promises her answers about her husband's fate, while the police are determined to stop Morris from evading justice once again.
