About the title
Paulette is a nasty old woman with a difficult character. She hates her neighbors because they litter and make noise. She dislikes her grandson and has given him the nickname "Blackie," since her daughter married a Black police officer. When social services begin seizing her property over debts, she makes an unconventional decision: she goes to the local drug dealer and offers her services. The gangsters are stunned, but the old woman finds convincing arguments to get herself hired.
