About the title
On St. Leonard's Island in the North Atlantic stands a prison for the world's most brutal criminals. There they are subjected to extreme medical experiments. When one of the experiments spirals out of control, it triggers a raging epidemic that turns the infected into horrific creatures. The entire island becomes a labyrinth teeming with infection, where the inmates, guards, and a doctor must join forces to survive.
