About the title
The married couple Knox and Tracy travel to Malibu to sell the beach house Knox inherited from his mother. Upon arrival, they learn some unpleasant news. Some time ago there was a fire in the house, but most of it remained intact. After looking around, the couple decides to renovate it and give it a presentable look. They very much hope to sell it for a good price, since its most valuable feature is the ocean view and its own private beach.
