About the title
When legions of monsters known as Kaiju rose from the ocean depths, a war began that was destined to take millions of lives and reduce "human resources" to almost nothing within just a few years. To fight the invaders, special weapons were created: enormous robots called Jaegers, each simultaneously piloted by two people whose minds are linked through a neural bridge.
