About the title
Tajik folk artists and comedians "Maskaraboz" come to a Pioneer camp to give a performance, and act out for the children on the summer stage a musical fairy tale about evil, cunning robbers who frighten peaceful villagers with a terrifying dragon, and a brave young man named Shirak, who considers himself a follower of Khoja Nasreddin. Shirak manages to drive fear out of the villagers, and together they defeat the robbers.
