Who doesn't dream of having their own apartment, especially in the city center? Two ordinary married couples are no exception. But standing in the way of their dream is a crafty developer who, in exchange for their hard-earned money, gives them nothing but a foundation pit. Ordinary Russians refuse to put up with such injustice and, quite by accident, end up taking the head of the construction company hostage.
