About the title
When the daughter of 911 operator Pamela (Mischa Barton) is kidnapped, her ex-husband Jeremy (Luke Goss), a senior police officer, follows the kidnapper's rules and travels to various locations across the city, sowing chaos and destruction along the way. Not knowing who is behind it or why, the officer and his partner try to outwit the perpetrator and save the girl.
