About the title
A wayward traveler knocks on the door of a cabin hidden deep in the forest, asking for shelter and warmth. The old hermit living there clearly doesn't like uninvited guests, and so he holds the visitor at shotgun-point. Joe (as the visitor introduces himself) manages to convince the owner of his good intentions, and soon, without the firearm, they exchange life stories and opinions. However, what begins as a heartfelt conversation gradually takes on an increasingly sinister character. It seems they are both hiding a terrible secret, and their meeting is no coincidence.
