About the title
A former judge, disillusioned with the justice system, teams up with a young woman who works as bait for pedophiles to catch and personally punish predators. One day the vigilante's assistant is kidnapped, and using a location-tracking system he helps the police catch a dangerous killer with many victims to his name. The man seems none too bright, but a profiler is certain the maniac harbors several personalities.
