About the title
Carla runs a YouTube channel and dreams of reaching one hundred thousand subscribers. To attract attention, she moves into an apartment rumored to be haunted and plans to film a series of videos there. At first, she stages paranormal events, and her subscriber count grows. But soon things she didn't plan begin appearing on camera: figures in the background, strange symbols on the walls, and her beloved dog disappears. In her pursuit of popularity, she crosses a line where reality and fiction stop being distinguishable - and becomes part of an ancient ritual she never even suspected existed.
