About the series
"Nine Perfect Strangers" is a Hulu drama based on the bestselling novel of the same name by Liane Moriarty, brought to the screen by "Big Little Lies" creator David E. Kelley and "Ford v Ferrari" screenwriter Jon-Henry Butterworth. The show's cast delights the eye with names like Nicole Kidman, Melissa McCarthy, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Shannon, and Luke Evans, along with lavish locations — the action unfolds at an elite resort, in a building that looks like it stepped out of the pages of Architectural Digest, and in interiors filled with expensive, ornate furniture and design pieces. However, at this prestigious retreat, the guests won't just be relaxing — under the guidance of a charismatic guru, they will undergo emotionally difficult and painful transformations, reflect on their lives, and try to change for the better. Thus, the drama combines deep psychological insight based on exploring the limits of the human psyche, a brilliant ensemble cast
