About the title
Under the guise of transporting extremely dangerous criminals from the Philippines, a secret cargo is to be delivered to the port of Busan. Its transport security is provided by elite special forces. When the prisoners seize the ship trying to reach the valuable cargo, it turns out there is something far more terrifying aboard than them.
