About the title
A new director, Andrei Mast, arrives at an orphanage. He sees that chaos reigns among the residents: the children don't listen to their caregivers, beat each other up, and stage various provocations. He decides it's time to change the approach to their upbringing and establishes a strict system at the orphanage. A new ward, Inna, opposes these rules and sets out to achieve justice her own way. Rebellion is brewing among the children.
