About the title
Semyon Semyonovich Gorbunkov goes on a cruise and stops in old Dubai. Smugglers put a cast on his arm, but instead of diamonds it's filled with new smartphones, Dyson hairdryers, and other goods brought into the country through "parallel imports." On the Boss's orders, the smugglers try to remove the cast from Gorbunkov, while he himself transforms from a modest economist into a real secret agent under the code name "007-yon Semyonovich."
