About the title
A man named Alejandro, a hardworking doctor, shuts himself away in the hospital one day, trying to forget about the tragic loss of his beloved wife Margot. After being caught, the killer confesses to seven other murders he committed but denies killing Margot. Despite the lack of evidence, the police charge him and eventually close the case.
