About the title
Fyodor is a failed actor trying to help his younger brother Nikita learn to walk again. Dressed as Ded Moroz (Grandfather Frost), Fyodor takes on gigs, hoping to raise money for the surgery over the holidays. He's the saddest Ded Moroz in the world, because on top of everything else, his beloved girlfriend left him right before New Year's. And so, on December 31st, he rings yet another doorbell of yet another apartment to deliver gifts from parents to yet another pair of children. And that's when true New Year's magic begins.
