About the title
The editor-in-chief of an influential conservative newspaper, Lee Gang-hee, is promoting presidential candidate Jang Pil-woo as the frontrunner in the election race. Behind this campaign is a deal with the newspaper's largest sponsor, Mirae Motors corporation. Gangster An San-gu carries out various tasks for powerful people and is devoted to his work, but one day decides to hand editor Lee documents about congressman Jang's secret accounts. Soon the gangster finds himself tied to a chair, and emotionless men in business suits saw off his hand and commit him to a psychiatric asylum. An decides to seek revenge.
