About the title
Lee Jeong-do holds a black belt in several martial arts, so it was easy for him to subdue an attacker he happened to see assaulting a rival with a broken bottle in an alley. The victim turns out to be a police officer whose job is to monitor former convicts, and since he now has to spend time on medical leave, Jeong-do is offered to take his place.
