About the title
"He and She" is a melodrama about the love between two people that unfolds over many years. Victor and Sarah meet by chance in a Paris bar back in the 1970s. She graduated from university with honors and works as a writer, while he is a budding novelist with brilliant promise. After spending a few days together, they realize that fate brought them together through their shared love of Dostoevsky and Joyce. They part ways, only to meet again, and from then on they are destined to be together, carrying a romantic love story that spans 45 years.
