About the title
In a working-class neighborhood, a friendship begins between a Jewish boy named Momo and an elderly Muslim man, Ibrahim. Momo is an orphan with a living father who is sinking ever deeper into a destructive depression. His only friends are the street's women, who show at least a little care for the neglected child.
